Room Information

The Embassy Suites San Diego – La Jolla offers 340 spacious 2 room suite accommodations to maximize comfort and space. Each suite has been recently renovated as of 2008 and beautifully furnished including a master bedroom with a king bed or two double beds and living area with a full, sofa sleeper. Each suite comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker.

Surf cup specific info

• Maximum occupancy in our King suites is 4; Maximum occupancy in our 2 Double Bed suites is 5. Rollaways are available at an additional charge of $20.00/night.
• We will setup a website specific to your team for all individuals in your block to make reservations online
• $10.00 /night discounted parking for overnight guests with Surf Cup
• We have a dedicated Catering team to customize a package for any team meal function or event

INSTRUCTIONS

1. All reservations must be made using the provided hotel contact information.  ONLINE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
2. Be sure to notify the hotel contact you are a Surf Cup team.
3. When your teams’ reservation is completed you are required to provide the reservation information to Surf Cup. 
4. To do so please sign in to your Got Soccer homepage and click on the link to Surf Cup.
5. Click on the hotel tab at the top of the page and our full list of hotels will appear. 
6. Locate and click on the hotel you have made reservations with.  This will take you to the hotel description page.
7. Please provide us with your teams’ reservation information in the empty boxes located below the contact information and click the “add” button to submit. 
8. It is not necessary to enter each reservation individually.  One group entry will suffice.  Confirmation numbers are welcome but not necessary.
9. Online reservations through travel websites such as Travelocity and Expedia are not allowed and could lead to your team being disqualified from participation.  Reservations made using Rewards, or Points, are also not allowed. 
10. Team managers, coaches, and travel coordinators are responsible for the above process being followed by all parents and team associates.
